Jodi Lyn O'Keefe was born Cliffwood Beach, New Jersey, to Noreen and Jack O'Keefe, a director of labor relations for Merck. Jodi began modeling after seeing her oldest sibling Heather modeling. Modeled for several companies, including Gitano Jeans. She was a student at Saint John Vianney High School, Holmdel in New Jersey in her teens. Jodi dropped out of the school during her sophomore year and went on to play Marguerite Cory, a character she played in Another World (1964). Cassidy Bridges was cast immediately after her exit from Another World in CBS's hit action/drama Nash Bridges. She was Cassidy throughout the six seasons. As she was shooting Nash Bridges, she debuted in the 1998 sequel to Halloween 20: Twenty Years Later. Jodi was thrust into the limelight when she played the affluent famous, charming and snobbish Taylor Vaughan who appeared in She's All That (1998). After that, she starred in three other films.
